NEW AUSSIE EXPERIENCE!
Luke’s Reptile Kingdom is a new permanent feature attraction at Carrara Markets. It’s home to a large collection of Australian Reptiles in the one location in Australia.
Like the markets, it operates each and every Saturday and Sunday all year round (except Christmas Day).
Luke’s Reptile Kingdom features 3 live interactive shows every hour. The shows give you a breathtaking opportunity to get up close and personal with the world’s most venomous snakes, the cutest lizards, the tiniest frogs and turtles, and the most amazing crocodiles in a very safe environment.
Apart from the show you can browse an amazing array of display cabinets featuring a variety of reptiles and have your photo taken with one or more.

About Luke
Luke Cheyne has a great love and knowledge of animals. He will share with you his personal collection of reptiles and amphibians, one of the largest personal collections in Australia.
Luke is an expert in his field and loves to show you the beauty in our natural Australian wildlife.
Luke’s shows also deliver a valuable safety message particularly how to survive a snake bite.

What You Will See
Touch & pat a beautiful variety of non-dangerous reptiles like the gorgeous Frilly Lizard. See the cutest Turtles and try and find the cheeky green frogs as they camouflage themselves amongst the plants.
As part of Luke’s show he explains what to do if you come across a snake in the bush or on your property, what to do if you are confronted with an angry snake, and what to do if you are bitten by a snake with a step by step first aid procedure for a snake bite. It could be the most valuable lesson you’ve ever had!
After the show you have a once and a lifetime opportunity to have a photo with a Python, lizards, goannas or turtles.
Group Bookings
Groups of over 15 people should contact us in advance of a show to ensure a smooth visit to Luke’s Reptile Kingdom. We will ensure that your group receives the best possible service and any special needs will be discussed.

In early 2012, Luke’s Reptile Kingdom will become home to one of the largest collections of Australian Reptiles in the one location!
Due to its huge popularity with visitors to the markets, an expansion programme will see Reptile Kingdom housed in a brand new enclosure.
